Paper jam error. No paper jam.
Use a diagnostic approach before taking the printer apart at random.
Start with what the printer is actually doing
A paper-jam message does not automatically mean a sheet is physically wedged inside. Confirm the media path is clear and note exactly when the error appears.
1. Inspect
Check the normal paper path and anything that could interfere with film or media movement.
2. Observe
Pay attention to when the error appears. A repeatable trigger gives you useful diagnostic information.
3. Escalate carefully
DTF conversion and film handling change how the printer is used. Diagnose the converted setup instead of applying random generic fixes.
