Starting press guidance

The manufacturer lists approximately 320°F for 8 seconds, followed by an optional 5-second finishing press with parchment paper for a softer feel. These are starting points, not universal settings. Test your ink, powder, curing method, heat press, garment, pressure, and peel timing together before producing customer orders.

Protect your prints and materials

• Confirm the printable side before loading multiple sheets.
• Keep unused sheets sealed, flat, dry, and free from dust or fingerprints.
• Maintain approximately 40%–60% room humidity where possible.
• If you see oiling or moisture beads, inspect ink load, powder application, and curing before assuming the sheet is defective.
• If you see ghosting or a border, check for excessive press pressure or incomplete curing.
• Do not start a large order until one completed transfer passes your visual, stretch, and wash checks.
