Strong transfers without the stiff, sandy feel.

This white medium-grain TPU adhesive powder is made for DTF printers who want dependable bonding, flexibility, and wash durability without wasting shirts on patchy or poorly bonded transfers. It has also been used in Hangry Muscle’s real desktop DTF workflow.

What this powder helps you avoid

  • Peeling after pressing or washing: TPU adhesive creates the bond between the printed transfer and the garment when correctly cured.
  • Cracking when the shirt stretches: The flexible TPU formula is designed to move with the fabric.
  • Rough, gritty transfers: Its 80–170 micron medium particle size supports even coverage for most everyday T-shirt graphics.
  • Patchy “bald spots”: Consistent powder distribution helps the wet ink receive complete adhesive coverage.
  • Unnecessary supply waste: The full 1 kg (2.2 lb) bag gives small shops enough powder for ongoing production without committing to a bulk carton.

Benefits you can feel

  • Flexible adhesion for wearable graphics
  • Wash-durable bond when properly applied and cured
  • Softer hand than an overloaded or uneven powder layer
  • Moisture-resistant TPU formulation
  • Medium grain suited to most standard DTF apparel graphics
  • White powder for general light- and dark-garment DTF production

Protect your transfers

No powder can compensate for incorrect curing. Under-curing may cause peeling; excessive heat or time may make the adhesive brittle, contribute to cracking, or cause discoloration. Apply an even layer, remove excess powder, and test your complete ink, film, garment, and heat-press combination before production.

  • Keep the bag tightly sealed between uses.
  • Store in a cool, dry area away from sunlight and humidity.
  • For best powder handling, maintain approximately 40–60% relative humidity.
  • The melted powder should appear smooth and glossy rather than dry or cracked.
  • Use suitable ventilation or fume extraction while curing, and avoid inhaling loose powder.
