Important Clarification (Please Read)

There is widespread misinformation in the DTF space about “white ink circulation systems preventing clogs.”

They do not.

White ink circulation systems only stir the white ink inside the tank or line. Some systems may push white ink toward the printhead, but this does not prevent clogs.

On the Epson ET-8550, the built-in Power Cleaning function already pulls ink directly from the ink tanks and pushes it into the printhead, effectively circulating ink through the system.

This process affects ALL colors — not just white.

If circulation alone prevented clogs, the ET-8550 would never clog — and real-world use proves that is not the case.

DTF reliability depends on:
